This is basically a Complaint and Suggestion Registering and Tracking system. Consumers (subscribers) can file their complaints or give suggestions. Similarly, VLEs can point out difficulties and give suggestions. In fact, anybody can file complaint or give suggestions using guest option.
It is difficult to track and monitor the action taken on the emails as there is no ticket number/reference number attached to it. Therefore, in this system, as it happens in any normal consumer help system, a ticket no./ reference no. is issued for the complaint/suggestion registered. Once the complaint/ suggestion has been filed, a ticket/reference no is issued.Using this ticket no/ reference no, the status/action taken on the complaint/suggestions can be found out by the complainant / consumer / VLE / guest.Feedback can also be given on the action taken.
